02 / PRODUCT ENGINEERING
The interface is just the beginning.
Web products, APIs and permissions that hold together across the entire stack.
The problem
A focused support workflow should let people resolve tickets without handing them broad administrative access. The interface alone cannot enforce that boundary.
My approach
I followed the existing contracts across the frontend, API and database. The implementation scopes capabilities to the relevant application and data, with server validation and preserved behavior for existing users.
The result
A narrowly scoped implementation validated locally across the stack. Production integration remains a separate verification step — a green local check is not a production guarantee.
